Bed had a box at the front so the door could open really needs a headboard

Customer service is superb went out of their way to help and satisfy us.

Its cheap, so its just right

Staff and owner are very accommodating. Location is what i like best, few steps away to the water.

Sasha's Resort is simply the best place on Cebu Island......the staff is wonderful.....Resort offers everything you could possibly want....pools.....oceanfront....restaurant....comfortable rooms.....hot showers.....smart TV's......beautiful artwork.... Have visited twice and hope to return many more times........

Can't think of anything negative...

The room overlooked the ocean and had a beautiful view.It was clean, but very basic.They did have a nice concession stand to purchase some drinks/snacks

Aircon stuggled to keep up.The room was clean, but very basic. Misising some basic amenities like shampoo, that you would typically expect to find.Staff wasn't rude, but wasn't very friendly or helpful when my partner went to go ask a question.It served the purpose of clean/safe staging area to get to Oslob for Whale Shark encounter.

It has a great location right on the ocean, has a nice swimming pool and small restaurant. This is a budget resort very good for the money don't expect the Marriott.

The TV didn't work well, wifi was in and out

There's a leak in the roof,it started when the rain pours and the staff just gave us a bucket and some rags

We loved our stay. The staff was great and friendly. The room and the hotel is a bit stale but everything is functional and clean. The A/C is our room was recently replaced and as silent as an A/C can get.

The staff are friendly and would cater our needs. The place was very nice as it faces the beach. We enjoyed hanging out outside while working. Their foods are delicious, adobong pusit is a must try!! ?

The large room and good air conditioning

We liked that it was right on the ocean. There were stairs as well as a slide that you could use to go in the water when it’s high tide. Nice cool breeze all day and night that you can enjoy from the dining and sitting areas. Rooms were clean, and there were bath towels, hand towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap and toothpaste supplies. Beds were comfortable- an actual mattress on a box spring.

If you book a room that faces the street, it is very loud. The buses and other vehicles keep you up all night.

The pool and next to ocean

I didn’t like the charge for water. I didn’t always have 1 peso coin to have water when I needed a drink

The place was right on the water front and the waves helped me relax and fall asleep. The staff were very courteous. Dario, was especially helpful in setting up my adventures and transporting me around. He is awesome.

The two things water pressure low in the shower and bed a little uncomfortable. Still overall good place

I loved the decor here...the artworks were a wonderful attribute. Located on the water with excellent views. The room was clean and facilities adequate for price. I stated 2 nights and lived the village of Oslob

Very kid friendly with the pool. Nice view of the ocean.

Our room was right on a busy street, didn’t get much sleep from cars passing all night. Not much to do here, other than enjoy the pool - not convenient to get to whale sharks. Extremely basic room.

Great price and ocean views. Restaurant is good

Steep stairs, TV could have more channels like Netflix and You Tube.

the toilet door knob because it will lock sometimes and I can’t get out and takes time to open

The pool and jacuzzi were closed, and I got food poisoning from their food. It's the only place to eat for miles

Very unprofessional

We booked 4 rooms at Sasha’s resort. When we got to the resort they had only three rooms and told us we would be staying at their other location. Their other location was Sachs’s place which was a run down looking haunted building that looked like it had no electricity. There was no restaurant at their location and was far from their other location. My mother was diabetic and we needed to stay at the other location. They didn’t even tried to notify us of the situation of the rooms after traveling all day, the staff was very unprofessional and rude and kind of laughed it off. We had to book another location. They did give us back our money, though.
